It's the Dyna-Sync cabs on my Axe FXIII. I just put a dynamic mic dead centre and with no distance from the cone.

Dyna-Sync cabs are proprietary to the Axe FX. but they are similar to what you see in Two Notes IR loaders, where you have a virtual speaker and then can adjust a microphone to suit your taste.
