Need some help from someone that has these PRS USA phase 2 tuners on a guitar. I have a set of these that I switched buttons around on another guitar and some how lost the spacers that goes between the button and the tuner. Can someone tell me or post a picture of what's suppose to between the button and tuner. I think it may be a plastic and/or metal washer.

Thanks

Post pics.

Are you talking about where the screw goes into the top of the tuner button and connecting it to the tuning shaft or are you talking about the part underneath the tuning button connecting to the shaft?

Depending on the buttons....stock, aftermarket that are a proper match for the proper phase tuner it can vary. Ultimately, you have a metal spacer/shaft type busing that basically keeps the tuning button from stripping during tuning. I have some aftermarket buttons where the busing is fixed inside the button. Phase III tuners do have an odd gap that looks like a washer or bushing is missing but it isn't. they just look that way on the shaft.

This is a Phase 1 v.2 tuner. Should be the same.
The washer is metal, seems to be oval shaped on the outside, and slightly beveled. Looks like this ---> ) from the side.
Hope this helps. If not, definitely contact https://www.prsguitars.com/support/. (Top left of page for contact info) Someone will actually answer the phone. They might even send you one.

Thanks, I emailed PRS last week and haven’t heard back. I know I saved them when I changed button styles but can’t seem to find them.
