PRS just got back to me with this info.

"Just saw your email after we talked on the phone. The SE cab dimensions would be 19” + 1” feet, 30” width, 14” depth and weighs about 56lbs. The cabs are made of Baltic birch."

Not bad for $325!!!!!!

I emailed Eminence about them, they can't say much because they are OEM, but they did say

"The PRS speakers are quite unique to anything else we manufacture. We even brought in a few new components for that project"

I was about to pay the same price for an unloaded 212 made of 5/8" baltic birch. I think these look cool!! And if the speakers are good that is a bonus. I will be trying out the PRS 112 combo with the same speaker in it tomorrow. I will report back then.

I tried one at Sweetwater a few years back, it sounded good through the PRS amp. Didn't get to do any comparison though with anything else.

never tried the SE cab but their standard stealth cab is built great, looks great and sounds awesome. I would not shy away from the SE stuff either, I had an SE guitar and the build quality was top notch. Paul wouldn't put his name on crap.

I've played a few of these and they sound really good - price aside. Once you find out how much they cost, it's literally unbeatable. Doug Sewell and Mike Clark don't play games, and spent a long time putting out the SE line so I doubt anyone will be dissapointed!

Thanks for all the advice on this cab. It will probably stay on my radar for a while, but I found a pretty good deal on a Carvin Legacy 412 that I think I am going to jump on.

Not this one. The SE series of amps is the import line, and it was just released recently. If you played a PRS cab a few years ago, you were playing the USA made version.

I like the PRS SE guitars, which are made in Korea. But the amps are made in China. That makes a big difference to some people; others aren't bothered by it.

Just an FYI.

I just bought one for my Marshall 1923c, as the open back 2x12 combo version of a DSL 50 just didn't cut it. I needed something closed back, with some bass. The only thing that sounded better to my ears was a bogner os 212 open back and an orange ppc212. However, this was half to a third of the price of those and absolutely killed. While being closed back I can still hear the thing clearly while standing. I use a les paul and a strat, both sound ridiculous. I highly recommend this cab for any music style except maybe jazz. Then again I'm not a jazz player. The speakers sound pretty good too.

Ive got the usa made big mouth 212 cab, Its one of the best cabs Ive heard. I had the opportunity to compare it to a lot of other cabs and I preferred this over all others. They recently went through a price increase but I think they're worth it. (don't mind the Blackstar, its now a Marshall)
