not sure if anyone has seen it yet, but apparently all the backlash satchel from steel panther received over his T.C. electronics patch, has caused enough of a positive reaction from suporters that they are now making an actual pussy melter pedal :lol: :LOL: .

hell maybe the patch was pulled because it would create enough of a stir for the pedal to have a shit ton of momentum coming out of the gate, who knows. either way I think I am buying one..... :lol: :LOL: :rock:
 
Good for them not caving in to the whiny little bitches aka the seven string . org cult. Hey narad looks like society took another step backwards in your fantasy progressive world views.

I'm not interested in the pedal, but I'm glad they are selling it, albeit for a limited time

I want this just because but I have questions.

Who makes this? Is this the same as the tone print and are there clips?
 
Limited edition and hand numbered... taking a chance and hoping for #69.
 
I think it is a bit gimmicky and overpriced to be honest.. what is it going to be? A tube screamer/ super overdrive tweaked? It's also sort of silly looking just like Steel Panther has become. I like their early stuff probably up to the 3rd album but it has all become tired and too scripted. They talk too much on stage as well. I'm over it.

Agreed. Went to see them live two years ago, enjoyed it. They played my favs of the 1st album (EOAP, DTABM, AH). When they returned last year, I was like 'meh, going another time would probably tarnish the memory a bit'...the schtick has been played out, plus part of what made the first album fun, was the riff-references and sometimes even combinations of riffs* to real 80's songs.
That stuff was lacking after the 1st album, plus the lyrics went for even more shock value... and even more blunt...not really a sign of quality penmanship when others can come up with way better double-entendres without literally having to refer to the subjects (e.g. Glory hole).

That being said, Lexxi rules (best wig evah!) and Satch's an awesome player and showman.

* Example:
Main verse riff in Party all Day = 'Born to be my Baby' - Bon Jovi (and the song itself is already a clear reference to both 'BTBMB' as well as 'Living of a Prayer')
Main chorus riff in Party all Day = 'Contagious' - Y&T
 
I like these guys and good thing that pedal is beeing released, people take life waaaay to seriously sometimes, who cares what a pedals name makes reference to? Sheesh....

I will buy one just cause.....
