Pv Windsor’s are fixed bias?

I don’t see an adjustment or a point to check it either. Of course I’m a noob so….

Schematic calls for a 1 meg something at r13 but I don’t have anything there except two pieces of wire…🤔🤪
 
One piece of wire at r36…calls for a 1/4w 5% cf axle…. Wtf is that?
 
No wonder it sounds like shit. I have only used it as a power amp until recently but damn…I guess I know why it sounds like shit. Da fuq?
 
Well seeing how this thing is ratchet as fuck let’s talk mods…. Any suggestions for a noob?
 
Well I’m closing it up for now. That’s all I noticed. How do you clean the pots on the knobs? It’s these things….

it looks pretty clean inside actually .... not a lot going on in there .... but there isn't a lot going on in stock JCM800 either ......
 
Waiting on redplated to chime in. This will be my ratchet mod platform….
