Question about amp and speaker wattage?

Plan on loading my 2x12 with two 65 watt speakers.
JTM45 head.
Marshall 2061 closed back 2x12 cab.

Will that be too much wattage as in affect amp breakup or provide more headroom or is it simply just the ability to handle more power from another amp?

Will it sound good?
 
I usually use at least double the speaker wattage as the amp puts out.

I often use a 15 watt amp into a 300 watt cab.
 
It won't impact your amp overdriving. Really just depends on if you like the sound of the speakers.
