Since the official release of this amp around last summer have there been any revisions or tweeks to the circuit in recent times?

Thanks.

I modded mine for KT88s and installed a permanent metalzone, it sounds much more full and the gain channel sounds amazing now.

I was asking about circuit revisions/changes from the amps designers. But Ya a permanent metal zone must be well... Different to say the least.

LOL!!!

Sorry I was just messing around :p

I would never permanently install a metal zone in an amp, only an hm2

Not sure if I am missing anything but did someone actually install a metal-zone in their amp and think it was cool?

Hahahaha....Metal Zone Yeah ! ! !

Anyways, Giles I know I mentioned I was considering selling my JJ because I need some cash but I just dont think i can part with it, its such a kick ass amp you need to try one. I personally prefer it over the BE100 but I mostly play hard rock and Metal , The JJ kills for that sorta thing.

Others may or may not agree but to my ears this amp has some American flavor to it. Kinda like a mix of a Hot Rodded Marshal and a Soldano\5150 type tone, its has that low mid and smooth top end going on. . Whats also cool is it has an organic high gain tone without sacrificing any clarity or tightness.

JJ ----- DO IT
