Question about Reverb.

If i sign up with reverb giving them account info to a bank account and for some reason reverb makes a judgement against me & tries to take money out of my bank w/o my knowledge or consent and there is not enough money in that account to cover what reverb is taking does that count as an overdraft [bounce] with my bank or not ?
And will most banks do that ?

My experience has been that Reverb can't dip into my bank account. I'll run a negative balance if I owe them for some weird thing, however they haven't gone into my account.
