Question about selling on Reverb

So, I'm new to selling on Reverb and I've got an offer on a guitar I have listed there. The weird thing is, the name that is doing the offering doesn't appear to be tied to any "store" that I can tell. Usually, you'll see "Offer from ABC's Gear Store" or something like that and it's usually a link to their page. But this is just a name, no link or anything. Is that normal? I've gotten lots of offers on Reverb for stuff, but never have I see just a name.
 
Is it an actual offer, or an offer through message?
 
Yeah, came through as an actual offer through Reverb. The person sent a message with it, but it looks like it was done through the system.
 
Yeah, I opened a dialogue with the person last night and everything they were telling me matches up with some snooping I did online. LOL Anyway, guitar is sold and soon on it's way to the Northeast.
