I am working on my vids for Steve but I was asked to do something more "modern". Threw this down real quick. Guitar is my PRS CE24 withBareknuckle Ceramic Nailbomb in the bridge. Steven Slate drums. No bass.

I also made a Kemper profile of this setting. I am making about a dozen more of varying tones/level of gain.

Sounds amazing bro! Great job and I think that shows modern metal sounds are in the amp...

Thanks Steve! I SWEAR the amp is coming back this week. Had to rethink the vid for the knob-turning session.

Yeah man! You motivated me! LOL!

I'll have a lot more brutal to show in the vid.

...and no boost necessary! :)

Steve

Dude this clip definitely made me grin, sounds very tight AND aggressive. Seems like a boost would be overkill with these settings.

Edit: which is crazy to me because that 808 is like a religious practice for me with every amp and I can tell you are right, it would not be needed.

Believe it or not, the only changes to the setting on this over the clip I posted a bit ago was upping both gains and reducing the "Bright" associated with one of them. No other dials tuned. So much interaction between the 2 gain knobs its ridiculous.

Thanks man! This amp has SO much versatility for a single channel amp. So many sound options and responds great to pick dynamics and volume knob rolling. I don't know of any single channel amps that offer as much tonal variety and all usable.

Sounds killer! I'm curious as to what speakers you're putting it through.
How do you feel the ceramic Nailbomb compares to the Aftermath?

Not sure on the Aftermath but I like it WAY better than the Painkiller I had.

For all my clips I used my Splawn 2x12 loaded with Celestion Creamback 65's. I used an NOS Panther ribbon mic on this.
