QuickRod/SuperStock Mod?

Today I own a Splawn Quick Rod 100 and I love this amp to death. But today I read that there's a Splawn SuperStoch that's a more classical sounding Quick Rod. Anyone in here tried 'em both? I mainly use Gear 1 with the gain set on 10:30-11:00, so I think a more classic version would fit me even better. Maybe I can modify the QuickRod getting the tones from the SuperStock!?

I forgot about that model . Not much out there as far clips and these threads at the Splawn forum are pretty old but useful
