Further to today's earlier news that QUIET RIOT parted company with vocalist Mark Huff, and replaced him with ex-MONTROSE vocalist Keith St. John, drummer Frankie Banali contacted BraveWords.com with the following statement:

"With regards to Mark Huff: My policy has always been not to air out the dirty laundry in public. That policy remains the same even in light of those who chose to make accusations. The fact is that Mr. Huff's medical condition had nothing to do with the decision that was made though it is unfortunate that it comes at such a time. His wife assured me that Mark would be home this week, and as legal protocol dictated, a certified letter was sent informing Mark of the decision that was made and why it was made. This was days ago. The content of that letter is a private matter unless Mr. Huff decides to make the reason for his dismissal made public which I believe would be counterproductive for him. I will not go tit for tat with this issue. If certain persons wish to villainies me, that is their prerogative."

I told one of the moderators to remove out of a general " drama free" zone. This message is a bunch of horse shit. Frankie Banelli is a known piece of shit, Mark put them back on the map again and Banellli knew about the surgery weeks ago. Its B.S. hollywood politics at its best. Talk to the Atomic Punks camp and Steel Panther, they know who and what Marks all about.

Wasn't there suppose to be a documentary being released by Banali with tons of footage from the the days with Randy Rhoads and everything after?

More like his lawyer contacted them with the following statement

I text a moderator, saying they could take this thread down if they wanted. I just was on QR's website, and saw this press release...so I thought I would post it.

I tell ya though...If I got a certified letter from my band about my dismissal, I would kinda be offended. Call me at least. But in Hollywood, celebs send this type of stuff for divorces and breakups.  Funny, yet sad. Doesn't seem like too personal of relationships are ever built? :aww:

I think it's more that most people are cowards and don't want to break up face to face.
