Rabea chords

In the Victory Kraken Preamp Pedal demo on the Victory amps youtube channel, around 26 seconds in Rabea plays some chords which I think are in a drop tuning but I can't figure them out or find tabs/ demos anywhere. Can anyone help ? Link is below

yeah drop tuning i think its drop C#. And then when you get to fiddle around its like this chord where you play the open C3 lowest note plus a bunch of chords around the 9-11 positions .. you'll figure it out quickly
