rack mounted tuner pops when bypassed

Dave i have a sabine rack mounted tuner and every time i push the bypass button or use a footswitch i get a LOUD POP how can i fix that thanks

wireless to ISO transformer to pedalboard to GCX feed thru 1 to tuner sabine RT 1601 to GCX loop 1 pedal,pedal,pedal out loop 3 to ISO to input mesa boogie ACE out slave output to ISO to CAE mixer Y to rack processors mix out of cae mixer to Boogie 20/20

Don't use its bypass function. Use a gcx loop to do it.
