Well, I think it sounds nice. And a hand wired Fortin amp for what, 2-2.5K is a good deal. Plus if you are a Lynch head you get the SIG and certificate. I like it.
 
I have listened to this demo a few times and I think his tone is fantastic on this. It is reminiscent of some of his best ever tones IMO.
 
Production is way off on that demo.. Something ain't right.
There's no bark to that, no thump to that sound. I do think it might record well, but it's no SLO.

Never-mind, I turned the volume up through speakers and it does sound pretty.
 
I like the variac wattage selection, but no loop = fail
 
I think it is undergained personally... I guess that is the sound he has moved towards but he still sounds better through a SLO or pushed plexi.
 
There's enough clams in that vid to make a big bowl of clam chowder.
That lower gain lead sound does not suit his legato style at all.
Like someone mentioned. No loop? Really?
