So im looking at getting an iso box to blend a mic'd amp and the axe-fx, we do it at the studio with blaring loud 4x12's and it sounds great! but i dont have that luxury at home...The Randall is 500$ and comes with a vintage 30 which my ears like for recording but the lower wattage worries me running a 100 watt amp loud through a 60 watt speaker hmm....The Jet City build quality seems solid and its more attractive (not that, that really matters) but i havent seen any reviews and i dont know much about the eminence speaker it comes with, eventually i will replace either speaker with a EV12L or Scumback 100 watt speaker, Thoughts?

why not get 1inch MDF or plywood and build your own for like $75?

spend the money saved on your favorite mic, foam for inside the iso-cab, and choose your own favorite speaker.

$500 for something that does not even have what you want is stupid IMHO. iso-boxes are only a lowes hardware away.

DIY all the way!!! I am thinking about it too. Also the randall seems to be kinda boxy.Check utube for some really helpfull vids.In any case u should also check the axe trak iso box.

I just got a gift card for Guitar center So.....Ha... looks like ill try the Jet City! 100$ Gift card + 10% off coupon doesnt seem like to bad worst comes to worst i return it and try a DIY one. Im pretty sure with a speaker swap the jet city should shine. Never been a huge fan of eminence speakers.

Rivera silent sister for me.

Pretty spendy but I picked one up used

Looks good:

you have two output options—the standard XLR output directly from the mic, or you can even use the JetStream as your recording interface—use the USB output on the Jet City speaker cab to capture the mic in the digital domain and send it directly to your Mac or PC.

It has an AD card in it for the USB?

The Jet City isn't even out yet. I can't possibly understand how it's taken a year to get a box with a speaker in it to market. It was announced at the last winter NAMM, wasn't it? I'm hopeful for it, but I'm not convinced it'll ever come out. They've been continuously pushing the date back for months.
