Randall MTS check out this Soldano mod

sounds very good!!! At first, I couldn't ever imagine using the modules, but now I am starting to give them a good hard look.

bstaley seems to love his Eggie stuff. I'm looking to see if somebody want to trade there RM100 for my DSL. I'm guessing i'll prolly get an empty one and then have to buy modules. I might be able to barrow one from Bill if thats the case.
 
RM100s seem to be kicking around for about $625/$600 shipped now....empty of course...but I bet ya could score one for slightly less as nothing moving right now.

Modular stuff getting more interesting by the day with gigmods and salvation work (oops...and DaveF!!!) :rock:

I can still see you totally rocking a MOD50...

I have my DSL up fro trade over at the MTS forum. I was gunning for another VM but no one has stepped up so... I've been sniffing around the MTS stuff for a long time. I would like to give one an honest try.
 
I am digging the MTS stuff. I am sending some modules off to Friedman this weekend, and some over to Pete very soon as well. Get tired of a sound just swap a module or mod it a little. Also a lot cheaper to ship out for mods than a head.

That sound clip is nice!

The modular stuff is great. The sonic possibilities are almost endless considering all the modding going on.
I will tell ya that since I went modular 4 years ago , I have not looked back. Still not gassing for new amps...
 
Jim, if you get an empty head i have a Randall Ultra module I can lend you to get started. I really think you won't regret your choice.
 
Clip sounded great.

I went MTS about two months ago with an RM4 and have been very happy with it. I have the SL+, Plexi and 1086 modules with a Brahma and Mr. Scary on the way. I eventually plan to be sending all but the Scary to be modded (word has it that Pete does a wicked 1086 mod).

This module concept appeals to me especially with great mods from DF, Pete, Salvation and talk of Randall working with Mark Cameron on a module. Tons of possibilities - the challange being to minimize overlap/redundancy between modules.

Cool. Let's see if anyone takes my offer. If not I guess the next step is to seel my DSL outright. I promised the wife no new gear until we get a few things done here. But if I sell my amp and don't have to put a whole lote of money ontop of it I'm sure she'll be cool with that. Now if a Cameron or Bogner shows up.... She knows thats top shelf exspensive stuff and will do something evil to me. :aww: :D
 
I just sold my RM-20 the other day and have bought an RM 50 that should be here late next week or so.... :rock:
