Randall warhead 4x12 and 2x15 help

Gday everyone, need a bit of help in correctly setting up the 2 cabs. I am using a Peavey xxx (killer amp by the way) and am needing some info on how to correctly plug into the 2 cabs. Other info such as ohmage settings would be nice to. The 4x12 has 2 inputs and a mono out in the middle of the 2 and the 2x15 has 2 inputs only. I hear that there is a crossover somewhere in one of the cabs, could this be true? Do I hook up the 4x12 in stereo with 2 speaker leads and then run from the mono out to the 2x15? Or just run one speaker lead to the 4x12 and one speaker lead to the 2x15? Or is there another way........ PLEASE HELP!

run the 4x12 mono from the head
run the 2x15 mono from the head
if they are both 16 ohm mono run the head at 8 ohms
but if they are both 8 ohm mono{like most randalls} run the head at 4 ohms

The warhead 4 x 12 cab has a cross over, it sounds better when you dont plug into the jack that has a cross over. The 2 x 15 cab is 8 ohms, the 4 x 12 cab is 16 ohms.

Thanks for the help everyone. Nice and quick. This is an excellent site. I have a query though. My 4x12 says that it is an 8 ohm box mono and 4 ohm stereo. Still dont know what the mono out does though. All up I have 5 inputs on the 2 boxes and only 2 outputs on the amp. Might just go 1 into 1 and the other into the other? Did the warhead amp have more than 2 outputs?

Cant get rid of them, even if they sounded crap. They are the toughest looking cabs this side of the black stump!

The Mono Out is the crossover output. You would plug your head into the 8 Ohm Mono jack on the 4x12 then use the Out on the 4x12 to go into the 2x15. I would try setting up your rig w/ and w/o the crossover to see what sounds better to you. The alternitive would to take one output on the head and plug into the Mono 8 Ohm Input on the 4x12 and the other output from the amp into the 2x15.
