Rare Electric Guitars

I think these guitars were briefly talked about here before but I do not remember for sure. Has anyone here bought a guitar from http://www.rareelectricguitar.com/? I know it's Asian and I get that the electronics are not top shelf but some of the prices are pretty good even if you have to change out pickups and tuners. Any thoughts?

I was interested in a reliced strat type guitar or maybe a Sambora. I figured they were dodgy at best.
