I just can't stop playing this amazing amp. Dave, you and Jerry just knocked it out of the ball park with this one. The clean channel with the volume at 2 and master at 5 (little delay) I can get some pretty cool close to Chris Isaak cleans.

It's an incredibly versatile amp with no compromises on either mode or channel. While the dirt channels are certainly the star of the show, the clean channel is this surprising bonus you get along with the package.

Yeah I gotta add the cleans on my SS100 are also amazing. They sparkle & cut & shine. Great work!

I second that, the JJ clean tone is out of this world just like the BE/JBE modes!

played one a couple months ago, couldn't get that tone out of my head - finally getting one, will be here this week

You taking off work tomorrow brudda?

Just my 2 cents but I HIGHLY recommend the friedman cab with it, it just doesn't sound the same without. I ran my JJ first through my splawn 4x12 with v30s, while it sounded REALLY good, the friedman cab absolutely crushed it. The early breakup of the greenbacks really shows the true character of the amp in my opinion.

Which cab? Is there a matching cab?

Mine is just the black be100 cab, same cab as the vintage one just different grill cloth. It seems to be a more compact cab but prob just seems that way because of no wheels..

Thanks, I run mine through my Uberkab and have been thinking about trying the Friedman 4x12.

Matching the cab with the amp just brings out the tone. Something special about the Friedman cabs for sure.
