TC just announced via their facebook page an upcoming product, the teaser: 4 flashback delays with gaffa tape

the result:

basically 3 preset/delay types + looper a bit like the DL4

curious to see the price on it

//updated with videos

I sold my DL4 and bought 2 flashbacks for my board so I could have two different delays with a smaller footprint

I think all delay pedals should have this setup. One slap back delay, one long slow lush delay, and a good solo delay

cool thanks, the footprint looks huuuuuge, wish he'd done a demo with clean tones as well, it is indeed just a flashback x 3/4 with a tap tempo switch and a looper mode

Not sure what the price point is but If Im going to take up that much real estate on my pedalboard, Id rather spring for the Timeline

TC continues to do cool shit. I love their stuff and think it is among the best out there. This is gonna be on a bunch of boards I bet even though the footprint is kinda big. I don't think it is oversized at all though, looks just right to be able to deliver what players want/need.

Very cool. I really liked my Flashback but ended up selling it because I wanted something with a few presets. I also thought about just getting another FB, but even at a good used price it would have been a bit much for essentially two presets. I ended up getting the new Vox Delaylab. I really like it. I will admit that it can do much more than I need, but it does do what I want. Having 30 available presets is cool though. Really couldn't beat the price too. With a MF coupon/price match from GC, I got it for $205 out the door. If the FBX4 was available at the time, the choice would have been tough. Well......I guess that would have depended on price of the X4.

HOLY SHIT, this is what I've been praying for! I've been on the edge of getting a couple Flashbacks but the lack of certain features and needing multiple delays has had me looking more into the Line 6 M13, but I'm not a fan of digital menus and parameters, I need KNOBS. I hope this is at a comfortable price point.

I got the FB and Alter Ego, I use them in a switching system, so the 4x wouldn't work for me. I don't like tap dancing - too ard when you're tied to a mic. But this looks really cool.

this is exactly what i'd be looking for as well.. the alternative is a looper box with two diff delays so you can bring them in and out but this looks way simpler. Also factoring in i'd have to buy a midi mouse or other controller for my Gmajor2 to have this versatility.. hope the price point is reasonable.

+1 my thinking as well, i can imagine it being at least twice as expensive as a regular flashback or something along those lines, the price is going to be crucial

cool for those who want more....but I may be in the minority, but I think TC stuff sucks tone. Pedals, rack, doesn't matter...all same results for me.

I am interested, but curious on the price. I have a TC nova Repeater and it already takes a good bit of pedalboard space, but this does more than the repeater, so it might be worth it. I hope its true bypass like the standard Flashback delay is.

I hope to check out the videos later. :)

I just picked up a standard Flashback. Cool delay pedal but not sure I need all this has to offer though.

Gsystem - massive suck.

2290 - tone enhanced for what I dig

Flashback - parallel so I don't know

Never had any problem with tone suck using my Corona Chorus, Flashback, Nova Delay, or G Major 2.

Looks like a killer pedal. Let's see if they make it able to handle rack-level FX loop signals.

In Europe it's going to be 249€ instead of roughly 149€ for a Flashback, and it has midi !

3 months ago I would have taken it over my Timefactor..

Another thing to note, That Tone Print App and the way you can transfer the TP from your phone to the pedal is just crazy cool.
