GMW. Ask Lee for a quote and give him a detailed description of the work to be performed and quality of materials (cap grade). He’ll get back to you with a very detailed summary. Check his website, he has a small portfolio posted of this kind of work.

He did a fretboard replacement for me. Was worth it.

I don't think Lee is doing them anymore, I asked.

That sucks! The guys work is meticulous.
 
He's not doing anymore GMW guitars either. He'll supply bodies and paint, assembly work, reshape 3rd party necks, but not making necks anymore.
