Get everyone

I'm interested in a good, solid & professional road case for my BE100. I won't be travelling internationally, so just something for moving the amp in the car etc.
What are you guys using? Recommendations??

Used to have a road case for another amp and it was waaaaay overkill for just taking it to and from gigs in the car. Way too heavy and bulky and plain impractical. If we were to go on tour in a bus or U-Haul, I would get a road case but these days, for driving to gigs in my car, Studio Slips double padded Clam Shell is absolutely perfect: http://www.studioslips.com/clamshell.php

i had roadcasesusa.com build me a rack head combo and the work is very, very good. they do just head cases and will make you about whatever you need. i was very impressed and the prices were not to bad.

Thanks guys - some good suggestions. I'll be looking closer at the Studio Slips for sure

I'm also looking for a decent priced ($100-$180) road case. Gator makes one thats $180 that might fit ok. I might just go with the padded slip covers cause like you, mostly be putting in my own SUV like I always have, except the out of town Nashville gigs.

So here's the prices I got from Tuki Covers (Now owned by Custom Covers): With all the padding. top handle wrap-overs, and bottom strap (just like Tuki did it) is $55 for the head. The 4x12 Friedman cab with all the Tuki extras is $89. Just plain vinyl covers from their original Custom Amp Covers is $32 for head and $69 for the cab. But I would highly suggest going with the Tuki design. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on these Tuki covers, but I'm just wondering if they will be as good as my Bogner ones made before Tuki sold the company.

The quote from D2F padded covers (which in my opinion aren't as thick but seem to fold and slide on better) is $49.95 for the head and $99.95 for the 4x12 cab.

Anybody got a Tuki cover in the last couple months? It's the new people at Custom Amp Covers making them on the same equipment and same material. Wondering how they fit.

found a used kriz kraft for my be100 and got it for 120.00! total deal and they are built like a storm shelter!
