Recommended components for wet dry wet config on a budget

I'm looking to build a home/studio use wet-dry-wet config on a budget with my 5150 III 100w with matching 4x12

line out device - suhr iso line out (any others I should be looking at?)
poweramp - considering rocktron velocity 150 or carvin dcm 150
cabinets - no clue where to start here, trying not to spend too much $$$ (2x12 or 1x12)? speakers?

Suhr ISO line out to a Tech21 Power Engine (powered 1x12 guitar cab with a Celestion CL-80) might be the cheapest solution.

The EHX .22 Caliber power amp and whatever 1x12 you can find on craigslist is another cheap option.

The wet cab isn't all that important IMHO, at least relative to the dry cab. You can always "improve" something by spending more money, but any inexpensive power amp and cab will give you some reasonable benefits from wet/dry.
