Recto Style Pedal

I love the idea of a Recto style pedal into the low input of a JCM800.

There are 3 I have my eye on. I would appreciate any input. Not really interested in the Knuckles pedal. Too expensive. Looking to spend $150 or less.

I had a Mesa V twin long ago.
Probably double the price you want to spend.

If I remember correctly it wasnt all it was cracked up to be.

The Revv G3 might be what your looking for.
I ran it in the front of a Wizard classic amp
It killed

I'd add the Soldano SLO pedal to your list. It into my Hiwatt DR103 was good enough for me to sell my '96 DR Tremoverb, and I loved that Tremoverb. Deep switch in, set the knobs to taste, and it will scratch that itch.

The SLO does a nice job. I had that one a while back. It sounds exactly like the SLO.

I've never played an SLO, so couldn't comment on that. But the Dual Rectifier preamp is close enough to be kissin' cousins with the SLO's preamp, so it makes sense it might cover both of those amps.

V-Twin is mush. Sold those in the 90’s. They sucked. Bottle Rocket was better but more so as a slightly gained boost.

I’ve never played one of those SLO pedals but I’d be interested in trying it.

I used to have this chrome MI Audio pedal that had knobs like a dual rec. That pedal kicked ass into a cleaner amp.

It even has a switch to go between recto and soldano modes. Here's the recto mode straight in to my pc:
