Man, that amp has such a rich saturated tone...wow...I love my stock 45 but that one really has M O J O. Sort of the brown tone of the brown tone...incredible...everybody listen around 14:20....
So the preamp section is supposed to be different to the stock one and closer to the 100Watt version (which in fact has become the 90). Now the 90 doesn't sound anything remotely close to the red tolex prototype. What happened to that prototype?
BTW has somebody done a mod on the boost channel on his 45? I would like to get rid of some of the mud and have a bit more gain instead....?
