Renegade 65watt lost 12 volt power.

Renegade 65watt lost 12 volt power. Power tubes light up but preamp tubes and jewel light do not have power. Checked internal fuses F1-F2-F3and F4 and they are fine. I would appreciate suggestions on next or order of other steps to follow. (Caps are drained). Thanks in advance.

Did you get any resolution to this? Have you tired swapping fuses anyway?
