Looking to pick up a new amp soon and I've always wanted an Egnater. Since the TOL60 won't be out for a while I want to try and decide which of these two is better for me. I know that both have a great clean channel and take pedals well so the only question is, do they occupy similar tonal space with only the gain being different or are they different animals completely? Its hard to get a good demo of the Vengeance but I do like the tone of the Renegade. I like the look of the Vengeance better and the optional mids and gain switches. I don't always use high gain but I like to know its in there. I usually push the mids out front and prefer a darker amp that is a little less defined. I play anything from classic rock to stoner rock to psychedelic. Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks.
