Replacement bridge for my Agile

Looking for a replacement bridge for my Agile AL-2500, not sure what I want yet. Not looking to spend a lot, so no Faber or Callahan for me. I'm interested in locking and roller bridges, but not set on it. The Wilkinson roller bridge caught my eye, but I've never played with one before. Seems to be a bit difficult to get concrete info on the spacing and radius for the Wilkinson. Also looking at the standard Gotoh and TonePros stuff, but the TonePros are pretty expensive. I'm open to any recommendations, including where to order from.

If anyone here uses a roller bridge, let me know what the deal is. I've used them with a Bigsby in the past, but never on a stop tail. I'm trying to improve the tuning stability and intonation of my Agile. I've got a set of Gotoh tuners and a Graphtec nut on it already. The bridge is the weak link, for now.

How about saddle materials? Brass, aluminum, graphite? I've got experience with all of the above, but don't seem to have a favorite either way.

If I had the money, I would get an Evertune installed and call it a day. Those things are killer, IMO.

I continue to be impressed by the quality of this guitar. I got it for next to nothing, and it really kicks ass. A buddy of mine brought his PRS SE Custom 24 over a few weeks ago, and the Agile outperformed it pretty easily. The SE was nice, but felt cheap compared to my Agile. Sounded much thinner and didn't resonate nearly as much either. I can feel the Agile when I play it sitting down. Can't say the same for the SE.

I know you already ruled out Callaham, but that has been the single best upgrade I've put on my LP. I'll be putting one on my SG as soon as I replenish funds. It's steel with brass saddles. However, if you feel your Agile is bright, you probably shouldn't get one.

I have Graph Tech Ghost saddles in one of my LP's to go with Sperzel machines and a Tusq XL (I think it's XL) nut. The guitar is usually tuned to D standard, 11 gauge strings, lots of heavy bending. The thing does not go out of tune. I imagine that regular Graph Tech graphite saddles will have the same level of stability.

I just re-read your original post and somehow I didn't catch that you were looking to improve the intonation and stability. I was only sharing with regards to how my Callaham bridge improved tone.

Even though you have already replaced the nut with some quality material, I would want a luthier to check that out first. In my experience, nut setup has been a bigger problem for tuning and intonation problems.

The guitar doesn't have any major tuning issues normally. I'm just looking to upgrade the hardware a bit. I am having an intonation issue with my high E right now, but I think it's just a bad string. No amount of moving the saddle has changed the pitch at the 12th fret. It is almost a semi tone flat!

I'm not against Callahan for any other reason than funds. I can pick up a Gotoh or the Wilkinson roller bridge for around $30, which is perfect for my budget. I'm not in need of a major upgrade or change in sound. I just want a higher quality bridge that I can set and forget about. I HATE working on guitars. Setups, electronics, even restringing drives me nuts. I want to get the action and intonation set right, and leave it alone for as long as possible.

Nobody? I should have put Les Paul in the title instead of Agile...

What else were you looking for in a response? We gave you two options. Why do you need to constantly adjust your current bridge? If it's tuning and stability problems, the Graph Tech will solve your issues at a decent price point. You could also just replace the saddles on your current bridge.
