If it's a Fender Strat, then I would go with Fender. I have a Fender mother of toilet seat pickguard that is 25 years old and has been on and off guitars countless times. No cracks, very little warping. Color aged very nicely too.
You could save money on pickguards at GFS and other sites, but I think it could be a crap shoot whether the holes line up, shape is exact, etc. You might get lucky though. I'd rather spend a little extra and not have to drill any new holes or do any additional sanding or routing on the pickguard to get them to fit properly.
WD had a nice selection and I remember using them in the past without any issues too.
Greasy Groove has a cool selection of pickguards. I bought a tailguard from them. Cool guard, but had a odd humbucker route that I needed to fix. Not worth sending it back to Canada.
