Whats the difference? I'm thinking of replacing both humbuckers in my Modern. I need to make sure I get the right size. I know you can get the wrong size for other brands. I'm not sure with the Suhr. Help me out guys. Oh I have aldrich neck and bridge that are both wound down to 8 (neck) and 9 (bridge) ohms
(just incase your wondering). I'll be going to a hotter one in the bidge. My front neck PU is reverse wound and can be split as well, I do like this pickup but it's almost all the way down in the PU cavity while the bidge is about half way between the strings and the top of the body. Anybody else have this problem?
I'm think SSH+ while keeping the neck, or else doing SSH+ w/ SSV in the neck. :dunno: Oh it's a mahogany neck and body with maple top, 510 saddle.

I thought so, and the neck is 50mm then? I measured outter string distance, and was 50 on neck and 53 on bridge.

The spread is only an issue for the bridge (any trem or F bridge is 53mm), all neck PU's are 50mm. Any tunamatic or wraparound is 50mm for bridge

You can put either, never seemed to make a difference whatsoever in my guitars... I buy all 50mm pups no matter what

53 mm for the bridge and 50 for the neck.
Otherwise your strings will not be sitting over the e strings

Same for all your guitars? Standard and S6 specifically?

All our guitars, the only time 50mm would be a good match for the bridge is if the bridge string spacing center of E to center of E is under 2.0625" (2&1/16")
