Hey dudes, so I did a little vid of me covering the solo in Rich Kotzen's 'Wave of Emotion'. Not perfect by any means, but it will do. Thanks for watching!!!

great stuff man...

what is the guitar you are playing?

Cover his dance moves from the video...then I'll be impressed ;)

I doubt even he could cover those now :).

The guitar is a Switchback Miura, made by our very own forum member Mike Package. He goes by 'Ratter' on the forum.

Very cool

And I second that you should cover the dance moves from that vid

well done.

Love the ax! I've been curious about a humbucker\P90 mixed together...very cool!

Nice job sounds killer. Now try it without a pick. Just kidding man but it blows my mind when I see Richie shred this stuff without a pick. I mean seriously insane. What amp are you using? Richie has killer tone. I was listening to the Winery Dogs today and was just blown away by the killer drum sounds on the first song and then Richie comes in and well it gets crazier and crazier from there. Looking forward to seeing them again in August at The Chance Theater in beautiful downtown Poughkeepsie.

I just used my Axe FX ultra. I cued up the Friedman BE patch. Thanks man!

Great job bro! Love Kotzen's playing and you did that one justice!

Sounded great! I'm sure you've touched on it in another post, but what amp set up did you run for your solo on "Dark Dreamer"?

Thanks!

Haha, you'll be disappointed. I used an Axe Fx Ultra with a patch I made and a Fender Am. Deluxe Strat. Pretty much all of the leads on the album are Axe Fx, with the dirty rhythm stuff being my 'pre 500' dual rectifier.
