I finally got my rig done and am totally digging it. I have one gig with it under my belt and another one tonight. So far so good and so easy to set up
, but not to haul...

Rocktron HUSH Super C
MXR '70's Script Logo Phase 90
TS9
TC Nova Delay
ENGL Blackmore
Marshall 1960BV (only one in the pic, I use two live)
DMC Ground Control (Original version 2.5)
GCX switches the channels and Master A/B on the amp as well as the loops for the pedals/HUSH. Phase 90 and TS9 are in front of the amp and the HUSH and ND are in the loop. HUSH is before the delay so delay repeats are not gated. I only use the TS9 as a slight boost for solos, rhythm tone is not boosted.
The bottom head slot has a tool box with drawers for cables and additional pedals as well as tools. Was much cheaper than rack drawers and worked just as well!
