Riot noise issue

I'm having a slight noise problem with my suhr riot. It's making a slight hum. It comes and goes. It happens when I have the guitar volume at 0 and volume pedal all the way up. The noise is sometimes kind of a Swirling sound. I have all my pedals powered by a Dunlop 9volt and a Dunlop 18volt adapter with a one spot daisy chain for all. Could that be where the noise is from?

My amp and pedalboard is all powered by the same power strip

Any idea what the problem is?

Try isolating the pedal by using a battery.
Sounds like a ground loop hum

figured it out! it wasnt the riot after all. it was my old dunlop wah. caused alot of noise! time to replace that with a jerry cantrell wah!
