They've shown that most dogs will start to eat their owners if left locked in with a corpse for over a week ( maybe even a few days but def not right away). Actually, cats usually go at the bodies within hours or a day. This is just what coroners have reported , not " I heard from a guy ". So someone or something probably poisoned that dog.
