man, another reason to leave that bottle alone.
53 is too young. :(

Damn time flies. I remember when he was a kid. I am from Raleigh NC Remember when it all happened for COC club called the Brewery near NC state campus. He was a good and fun fellow.

RIP Reed

Damn that is way too young... I was a young teen in 1987 trying to get use to double bass drums when I discovered C.O.C....

Love this song

This is a shame. One of my favorite drummers. Love his playing on Blind.

Yeah as a North Carolinian it was always cool seeing C.O.C. either playing shows or hanging out at them. Met them as a kid on Ozzy's "No More Tours" tour and it was the coolest shit ever for my 12 year brain. Ive seen them a bunch but last time was a few years ago opening for Gwar post Dave Brockie. They were a 3 piece with Reed, Mike Dean, and Woody. As a fan of the Animosity days it was a really awesome show. They are one of the few bands who's style has changed in really organic ways but always was good. C.O.C. and Carcass are my favorite two bands that changed up quite a bit but still stayed relevant.

fuck. i saw COC in Pittsburgh at the stage ae.2 maybe 3 years ago wonder if he was with them?

Yeah that was probably him. Was it a 3 piece or was Pepper with them?
