Man. I saw this guy with forbidden just tear up jimmys live music club in New Orleans back in ‘90-‘91ish. Such a smooth player, and those forbidden albums he was on were genius.
Really sad that such a seemingly nice dude got such a short straw. Rip man.

Great player, he will be missed. RIP good sir.

Wow. Saw him live too, with Nevermore, for Dreaming Neon Black. Killer show, they opened up for Mercyful Fate during "9".

Twisted Into Form was a Thrash Metal classic album as well. Sad, what a killer player!

Nooooo, He ruled back in the day, dammit!!! Saw him many times before all the later projects and he killed EVERY time. He had his tone and his chops down. RIP Tim...

Read this last week. Jesh, pretty young still. Forbidden had a lot of good stuff.

Wow, I didn't know he was a commercial airline pilot too.

Loved Twisted into Form and Point of No Return (best of) (March into Fire was a nice wrist-excersize).

RIP! :aww:

March Into Fire - Glen Alvelais & Craig Locicero – guitar.

Glen played with this "Supergroup" for an album: It's the brootz, for sure!!
Steve Souza, Gene Hoglan, Glen, Byron Stroud, & Jed Simon

Man! :(

My bud used to manage Forbidden in the 90's. I had met Tim and even teched a show for him at the Stone in SF back in the day. Amazing player and super cool dude. What a shame. Had not talked to him for years...last time we talked was when he was flying planes. Yeesh RIP bro :(

Me and my friend went to jimmys to see death angel when I think act III came out and they were opening, and I really didn’t know much about them. Ended up standing with the guys from death angel by the soundboard; every one of us with a “holy shit” look on our faces. They were on fucking fire that night, and always glad I got to see that show.
