RM100's, Dave I'm sure you've brightened a few of these

Dave, I'm sure you are familiar with these amps having modded the power and first gain stage of a few of them. I have been doing some research and determined that the earlier one's were bass heavy with the presence mod not really coming into effect until 3:00 o'clock'. Would you be willing to share what you did with the presence to cure this? Is it simply a cap on the presence pot? Mine is somewhat of a mud ball unless I have that presence knob opened up.

Thanks for the response.. did you find any of them to be somewhat muddy until the 3 o clock point?
