ROCCAFORTE CUSTOM 40 MOD DONE!

I sent Dave my Rocca Custom 40 a few weeks back for the BE/HBE/Sat switch mod and I got it back today and briefly played with it and I gotta say, this thing is an absolute monster with gain to spare on the HBE side.Its voiced perfectly for all the tones I love and the Saturation switch is very cool. I just bought 2 70's g12h 30's and it just smoked thru those speakers. I promise Ill get some clips up this weekend of this thing! Thanks again Dave for everything...much appriciated. Steve
 
Yeah it came out good. Interesting with the tube rectifier.
 
Yeah, I thought it was different that he has the tube rectifier in there. I always associate tube rectifiers with a mushy/loose bottom, but this isnt the case with this amp for sure! BTW....I played this thing with my drummer last night, and it was just off the hook. Honestly, Ive been playing for 30 years, and during that time ive owned a lot of nice amps, but this is the best sounding and feeling amp ive ever played...its that good. Just couldnt be happier. Clips coming soon! :rock:
