Any of you guys have any dealings with these guys? My guitar player is too easy going and I think they are pulling his dick. He has already payed and has been waiting for about 2 months for the case...he keeps getting told "we'll get it out next week". I call bullshit. We need the case to get his rig set up, I am about ready to start recording and all Dan's gear is laying all over the place. Anyone else have dealings with these guys? Dan takes too much shit, but this is starting to affect us. So am I jumping the gun?

How did he pay for it? PayPal? If so, he can file a claim with them to get his money back.

Edit: He's waited way too long.

Their website makes them look like a pretty legit company, address, phone number, and a shit ton of pics of work they have done. They probably took your buddies order and then got swamped with more orders or a really big one. It can be frustrating but I don't think are ripping your buddy off.

I think that happened...but don't take someones money if you can't turn it around, you know? I own a small business and would never take on more than I can do.

Iif it bothers you guys that much ask for a refund.

we want the case; Dan has bought at least one other (2 head/8 space, which I bought off Dan and now his rig has grown back to what he was using) and they were pretty good for him to deal with. We need the case, not "we'll get out out next week" three or four times.
It's a case, not a guitar.

I say get refunded and go with affordable cases or safe cases.

Safes cases is actually a great company. Took them a week to turn around a live in road case for my Mesa Triple Rectifier. Gave me a discount in shipping. And a free color upgrade to orange! Great prices too.

The Modena M90 and the DSL...I love that DSL. I also half a 5150 half stack to throw in the mix....we gonna have teh tonez on the tunes, really soon. You are gonna have to come down this summer.

Last I looked, weren't rockhard prices like sky high? Moneyback, affordable.

I'd just have him call and just say something like "Look, we're going on the road in x days, how long, seriously, until I get this case, I have a deadline."

That's the thing...too far to turn back. I hope they get it together and get the rack out next week.

The prices are competitive...the racks are really good. It's the service/turn around time that is grinding my ass.

What up, B. These racks are 2 head/8 space...I know they take a little more time, but at the end of the day, a rack is a rack.

I have 4 or 5 cases from Rockhard. Tell your guitar player not to worry. The company makes a hell of a top quality product and everything is done one at a time when ordered. Dave is good on his word and has taken what seemed like their sweet ass time with some of my stuff. Just depends on back log and workers. I think he has a hard time keeping dependable labor.
