I bought a Rocktron Expression a number of years back to replace my Blackface Intellifiex, ... Anyone here use one? Before I sell it I thought I would see if anyone has any patches they want to share. There were alot of patches for the blackface and its awesome even today..

I used the xpression for years and liked it. The best part was being to choose analog or digital for the signal paths.

Is there somewhere to get good patches? I am clueless about midi and how to make your own... probably if I was around someone that ran me through messing around with patches I could mess with it better. There is a phase 90 in there, how do I get to that? What do you do to make that a good sounding patch?

Never tried the Expression but it´s essentially the same as the Replifex and Multivalve. Good sounding stuff in a good price range, but they never caught on like the Intellifex. And yeah, the analog dry in all these units is very helpful in series configurations.

But anyway, I don´t think there are many patches floating around for the Expression. But you don´t need to use MIDI to edit presets and save your own settings, though, unless you want to switch stuff remotely via MIDI.
