So I recently purchased a Rocktron Vendetta VP4 with an Egnater M4 faceplate that works perfect with my Randall single modules. My question is on the back of the unit there is silk screening that says output level but there is no pot there. I opened the unit up and nothing seems to be missing. No wires going to nowhere. Just seems factory. Will this make a big difference in the unit? Can I wire in a pot?

Bruce if you see and or answer this I posted the same ? on the Randall MTS site. I will cross feed which ever gets responded to. Thanks.

It's been several years, but I had a VP-4 that Jeff Hilligan had when he was at Egnater. The original Rocktron/Egnater VP-4's had a stainless steel face and the level was on the rear. The Eggie M-4's had the output level on the front. Just a matter of relocating.

Indeed thanks for the reply. I had never looked at the front only pictures of the back before I got the unit. Now looking at original non-modded VP4's I see there was no volume controls on the front. Mystery solved.
