I can't believe a Boss pedal just died on me. It's a DD-3 that I bought new in March. At first, I thought the problem was my amp's fx loop, then a cable, then my Loop-master pedal.......would have never guessed it was the BOSS!
Anyway, I called Roland customer service and was told to ship it to them to be checked out, and fixed if possible. Or just send me a new pedal if they can't fix it. Sounds great.
But....has anybody had to deal with them? At least they were easy to talk to, and they wanna make it right, but I don't want it to take too long. And besides....now I've got to ship the mother fucker when I thought it was overpriced to begin with.
I can't win for losing when it comes to delay pedals. This DD-3 replaced an Echo Park that wouldn't work when I got it home.
