Hi, I'm no tube expert so I can't say anything concerning your problem, I know two online shops in Germany that carry Ruby Tubes though:

The tubes are selected ?
Many sellers do not select the tubes...

-can i play or is better a quick replacement?
-mixing power tubes like 4 EL34 + 2 6550 is still not recommended?

Pull the pair which is faulty and play of course.

Of course you can mix as you want pairwise, thats why the amp has three bias pots.

No one is faulty and no tube led lightening...tubes are 8 months old, only the one showed in the pic has that little damage.
You advice me on replacing?

If the bubble was there right from the start I wouldn't replace it.
If it happened lately, replace the whole pair.
