Ruby tubes in stock in europe.. where?

The rest should be 12AX7AC5 HG or Selected.

If it helps: someone told me that Ruby tubes (same as TAD tubes) are in fact Shuguang tubes...

I have taken his word for it, but cannot definitely confirm.
