hhhmmm! so many questions. I cant even think straight right now .

does anyone here work in trademarks etc? Im confused about this companies use of artwork and logo design. I know you can register a trademark with artowrk design as well. If the similarities are too close, you can proceed. Im sure their stuff is good. Ive heard some things. "I hear things" .One of the godfather movies I think. .
To me its like if I were to use the exact art on a box of lucky charms and call it Lucky Charmes. Wouldnt they slap me with a suit. ??? me confused

The Salvation guy lives in Europe somewhere. Dont think the laws reach outside the USA do they? :dunno:
He does really good work. Had a Custom 3 module while back. Sounded great.

WELL, I worked a short time for a company that had all the NFL marks all over the world because sweat shops were making jerseys. So if you have the mark processed throug heach contries system, its supposed to be enforeceable. but I dont know for certain. Im just curious. Stuff looks cool.

I think you're right, Jerry. However, the NFL has the cash to fund the expense of copyrighting/trademarking their logos worldwide (i.e., in literally hundreds of countries). They also have the manpower to get it done quickly. I'm not sure the cost/benefit makes sense for companies like Cameron and Orange to invest the time and money to do this.....
