SAT switch question

Hey Dave,

I just purchased a Marsha and noticed that when I flip the SAT switch up the amp's volume seems to cut about 50%. I also don't notice any added saturation. Could this switch possibly be a 1/2 power switch labeled incorrectly? Let me add that the amp sounds amazing and I am not looking for any added saturation. I just want to make sure there isn't something wrong with the amp that needs to be addressed. if not, I am 100% satisfied with the way things are! You do amazing work!

I heard the Sat lowers down the volume a bit...

You should be noticing the added saturation immediately though!

I will take a closer listen. Perhaps I am just focusing too much on the volume drop. Let me add that the amp is truly amazing! I am just making sure this is all normal. Thanks for the tip.

mine drops in volume when the SAT is engaged...and it adds more gain. I wouldn't call it 50% though, but it is noticeable. not a problem , just turn it up!
