While some people dog on him for Steel Panther's silly lyrics or stage show, he's such an accomplished guitarist. I'm over here working on the Fat Girl solo and I see a blend of technique in there I don't think I have ever seen before.
He does a little run and bends the 12th fret B string a whole step, then hits the 12th fret on the E string (which happens all the time), but as he bends that 12th fret B string again, he taps the 19th fret and while still holding that tap, he lowers it back down to normal and slides up to the 17th fret and when he releases the 19th fret it plucks the 17th fret and then he bends it up a whole step to the 19th fret. It's such a simple little small group of things going on at once that gives that lick in the solo such a cool sound and I can't recall having ever heard something like that before.
The only other solo that comes to mind that has anything similar, and another cool thing I've never heard, is in the 18 And Life solo where Sabo bends a string, then while it's bent he plays the note a half step up and takes it back off, then releases the bend. I had never heard that before and when I was learning that solo, that little trick kind of blew my mind.
