Corn, potatoes and ribs. Ribs were done with an apple butter bbq sauce for one and a hot honey BBQ sauce for the other.

Never anything complex. Just slowly smoked using the 3 2 1 ribs method. 3 hours at 225F/105C. 2 hours at 350F/150C wrapped in foil with apple juice. 1 hour at 225F/105C with sauce and no foil.

Its hard to go wrong with the classic 3 2 1 ribs recipe because it produces restauraunt quality results but sometimes I make slight alterations depending on people's tastes. I sometimes change steps two and three. Increasing or shifting the amount of time cooking in foil produces much more tender ribs.
