I'll probably sell mine eventually....like most amps. But it's not going anywhere for awhile.

I feel the same way...there's way too many cool amps out there to keep just one.

She ships out tomorrow. For the record, the JVM is a fantastic amp that held up beautifully through 10-15 or so gigs. No issues AT ALL whatsoever!!! It's just time to move on...

And I'm not telling anyone what I'm getting in it's place... :D I'll have the replacement on Thursday or Friday. I'm also heading into the studio this upcoming weekend, but I think I'll use the Cameron 1959SLP for that.

Chris

Doesn't matter what you're getting next, you'll move that eventually as well

Just kidding, at least you don't trash the amps you used to have or are getting rid of.

It always bugged me when someone would get an amp and totally praise it like it's the 2nd coming and then when they sell it they criticize it, lol. :)

Who are you fooling? You're one of the two people that know what I'm getting... LOL!

Chris

Well, I do of remember that, of course. My main goal here is to incite a riot.

Okay, I'll tell you guys. I'm getting a VHT Deliverance 60. I had the 120 and loved it, but sold it like a fool. The lack of an effects loop DOES bug me, but I want to give it another shot in the 60 watt flavor...

Chris

Dang man, you didn't even let the natives become restless!!

Does this mean Thump will get a Deliverance Cab as well?

I'd actually like to hear a Deliverance through an Uberkab, never heard a clip through that cab yet :)

You guys are like women--Fickle as hell...

Ill never understand why you change amps like underware.

Why dont you just keep the amp that has worn out its welcome, in your arsenal--or is it a money, or lack of, issue?

What really cracks me up, is when you sell an amp--then buy the same one again at a later date.

Like Carl--he's had every amp on the market, some 5-6 times. LoL

Ill never get it.

So far I have never bought an amp over, but I don't say we are all not fickle. I seem to get the 6 month amp itch. Sometimes I think some people have the 1 month amp itch to go out and get something else.

I usually regret selling an amp once it's gone. Some, such as the modded Marshalls, I'll never be able to replace.

The same scenario applies to guitars. The worst part about the guitars I've sold over the years is that many are now worth a small fortune yet I sold them for peanuts.

out with the old and in with the new!

BTW: What you said on the gear page in the JVM resale thread was WAY ON POINT.

Congrats Chris on the Deliverance. It's a VERY cool amp. The Deliverance and the Mark III are the best amp I've ever had.

All I need is the Deliverance cab if it could only get here

So... who still has their JVM on here now?

I do and ask Velco Fly how it sounded with my Hamer and ash GMW ;)

4 channels for $1600.....no freaking brainer.

Thanks man. That Red Planet dude is a major douche and always has been.

I don't know him that well, but that guy definitely posted that to start shit.
I hate to say this but TGP is a weird place.

Relax, I was laughing more at how strong the gear-whoring force is with everyone here, not the amp itself. Just seems like a lot of them have been getting sold in the last while.
